Lab Proposal <ul><li>In order to accommodate the growing technological needs of its students, Anycity High School is adding a new computer lab for the use and benefit of its 9 th grade students. In addition the lab will accommodate any and all online state and or diagnostic testing. </li></ul>
    3. 3. Lab Specifications <ul><li>This lab will consist of: </li></ul><ul><li>25 student computer workstations </li></ul><ul><li>1 instructor station </li></ul><ul><li>1 projector (ceiling mounted) & interactive Smartboard(wall mounted) </li></ul>
    4. 4. Software <ul><li>Each student workstation comes with: </li></ul><ul><li>Windows 7 SolidWorks (CAD) </li></ul><ul><li>Microsoft Office </li></ul><ul><li>Norton Antivirus </li></ul><ul><li>Adobe Suite </li></ul>

Software <ul><li>Each student workstation comes with: </li></ul><ul><li>Deep Freeze </li></ul><ul><li>Synchron-Eyes </li></ul><ul><li>to protect the lab from harmful downloads and to provide the instructor with a close-up view of each student’s screen, so that the instructor may monitor each of the 25 workstations from his or her own monitor(s). </li></ul><ul><li>These programs are necessary to maintain the security of the school district’s Acceptable Use Policy. </li></ul>
