  33. 33. Tree Incident May 21, 2011 10:30 a.m. Pin oak tree branch snapped and fell from neighbor’s yard, landing on power lines resulting in arcing situation. Damage: Minimum of 32’ of main road border fence snapped and on ground. Additional strain and stress on remaining fence structure equivalent to length of tree branch on fence – approximately 55 linear feet involved. Dog-eared fence along property line with neighbor’s house appears to have sustained damage along 12 linear feet with a 5 ft. section of vertical fence boards knocked off when branch fell.
