    32. 33. APPENDIX <ul><li> Mr. Lurlee Leung </li></ul><ul><li>LurLee is learning and development officer. He has joined CTI Group as a Management Trainee since July 2007, and throughout the 18-month training programme, LurLee not only has an in-depth understanding of CTI Group by going through all the business and operation units, but also engaged into several remarkable projects with varies nature & scale, for instance, Graduate Trainee 2008 Acquisition, Career+ Programme – 360 degree feedback, CPE Sales Upgrade Programme and CityHi Programme. </li></ul><ul><li>Prior joining CTI Group, LurLee was appointed as a Member of School Management Committed of his secondary, responsible in reviewing school policies and development plan. </li></ul><ul><li>LurLee holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with Major in Information Engineering, and Minor in Business Administration. He has also completed the certificate in Train-the-Trainer from HKiHRM recently. </li></ul>
