Conceptualizes the arrangement & layout of all interior elements, finishes & treatment of interior spaces. needs to have undergone special training in the production of furniture, furnishing & fixtures w/ long experience as specialty designers. Scope of Services Designs/Manages the specific furnishing of the spaces to custom fit where activities are to take place. These interior supplements are designed specific for space, mood and the required function . <ul><li>Specialty Product Design, Fabrication & Production of Furniture, Furnishings and Fixtures (FFF) </li></ul><ul><li>Designs of movable FFF appropriate for different functions & given spaces and preparation of fabrication documents for production. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepares the design, details and schedule of finishes complete with dimensions, specs for fabrication and workmanship. </li></ul>

Payment of Fees <ul><li>Specialty Product Design, Fabrication & Production of Furniture, Furnishings and Fixtures (FFF) </li></ul><ul><li>For projects of extensive detailing i.e. movable furniture, built-in equipment & special fittings </li></ul><ul><li>Man Hours - based on per diem / per hour, inclusive of the ff: </li></ul>overhead costs miscellaneous incidentals profit margin level of the professionals talent, experience & expertise Per hour/day, depending on actual time consumed , to include travel time and time away from the office <ul><li>Percentage Fee - ( depending on complexity of work ) </li></ul><ul><li>Lump Sum or Fixed Fee - </li></ul>based on industry standard and complexity of work

Payment of Fees <ul><li>Specialty Product Design, Fabrication & Production of Furniture, Furnishings and Fixtures (FFF) </li></ul><ul><li>For projects of extensive detailing i.e. movable furniture, built-in equipment & special fittings </li></ul>The fee of the Interior Designer may or may not include the fee of the Consultant(s) needed for the work. Should the client hire separately the services of other Consultants… … fee of said consultant(s) shall be for the account of the Client and paid directly by them. … in such case, the fee of the I.D. for coordinating the work and relating the work of these Consultants to his/her design concept, the I.D. deserves an additional 5% of the cost of the work.

The I.D. together with his/her consultants can be capable to design the interior space that answers the sophisticated demands of these varied activities the I.D. creates the ambience of a space thru lighting and sound control, to achieve levels of visual and auditory comfort Scope of Services The I.D. together with the consultants, offer the following services <ul><li>Acoustic, Lighting Communication & Electronic Design Layout Services </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare drawings / specs for acoustic and lighting designs, sound & light control, sound insulation & communication system </li></ul><ul><li>Assist the client in the bidding or negotiation of the work </li></ul><ul><li>Check & approve samples of materials & equipment, in relation to the design </li></ul><ul><li>Conduct final inspection of work & equipment </li></ul><ul><li>Assist the client to evaluate the amount due the Contractor </li></ul><ul><li>prepares specs of electronic equipment </li></ul>

The I.D. together with his/her consultants can be capable to design and interior space that answers the sophisticated demands of varied activities the I.D. creates the ambience of a space thru lighting and sound control, to achieve levels of visual and auditory comfort Payment of Fees Shall range between 10% to 15% of the cost of the work, depending on complexity of work <ul><li>Acoustic, Lighting Communication & Electronic Design Layout Services </li></ul><ul><li>Fee stated should include the fee of the consultants working with the I.D. </li></ul><ul><li>If consultants are hired by client, fee of consultants shall come from the client. In such case, only 5% of the cost of work will be due the I.D. </li></ul><ul><li>Schedule of fees: </li></ul><ul><li>30% - Submission of prelim design for approval </li></ul><ul><li>60% upon submission of final design </li></ul><ul><li>10% upon completion of the project </li></ul>

From the I.D.’s concept of total environment, he/she is also concerned of the space in relation with the immediate environment for small projects, the I.D. alone can fulfill the task, but for large projects, it is highly recommended to hire consultants to work with. Scope of Services <ul><li>Interior Landscape Design Services </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare drawings for the general space modeling for the plant layout </li></ul><ul><li>prepares drawings & specs for the area covered </li></ul><ul><li>prepares schedules of shrubs, tress and other plants </li></ul><ul><li>assist the client in conducting bids/negotiations with landscape contractors </li></ul><ul><li>checks and approves samples of materials </li></ul><ul><li>assists the Client to evaluate the amount due the contractor </li></ul>

Environmental Graphics Designer is concerned with the mgm’t and use of space as well as the conservation & upgrading of the human environment w/in the Interiors Scope of work <ul><li>Environmental Graphic Design for Interior Spaces </li></ul><ul><li>identifies existing space use, structure, user behavior and activities </li></ul><ul><li>undertakes environmental analysis, market studies, demographics & user flow analysis </li></ul><ul><li>examines existing bldg admin and operational standards, rules, restrictions, security & maintenance </li></ul><ul><li>prepares conceptual graphic key plan and schedule, standards, installations & operational impact to arrive at a Master plan for Visuals </li></ul>

Process of creating supplementary artworks beyond mere selection & procurement <ul><li>Visual Arts Design for Interior Spaces </li></ul><ul><li>specialized trade offered in the form of wall, floor, or ceiling in 2D or 3D artworks, i.e. sculptures, paintings, & othe forms of creative designs for impact of the interior spaces </li></ul>Scope of work <ul><li>identifies existing space use, structure, user preference and movement </li></ul><ul><li>undertakes space analysis, art complimentary studies, visibility ranges & user flow analysis </li></ul><ul><li>examines existing space use & maintenance standards, production & installation, security and protection of work. </li></ul><ul><li>prepares key plans & elevation of installations, schedules of visuals, standards of specs & operational maintenance to arrive at the Master Plan for the visuals. </li></ul>
