6. Prop idea’s
This is the props that we will use for the classroom scene and the interview scene.
This will show the audience that they are in a classroom location and that they are in
a school. The desk will be wear the headteacher will sit and ask Dan Chambers all the
questions. The chair will be wear the students will sit, when Dan Chambers takes in
charge of the lesson.
This is a gun that we will use in the opening
sequence. We will use this plastic gun to show
the audience that Dan Chambers is in power.
Also this is common in the thriller genre as
there will be suspense to see whether he
shoots people with it or not.
When filming, we will need the head teacher to be
holding the CV, when interviewing Dan Chambers.
This will be used as a prop, to make the scene look
more realistic and so that it looks more like an
interview.
When filming we will need a piece of paper
with a picture of a man on it. This is so that
the audience will recognise that he shot the
wrong man. This piece of paper is a
significant point, which the audience will
need to pick up on.
This is a tie, which will be used to
kill one of the students. Dan
Chambers will be the one which
kills the students and he will do
this by strangling him around the
neck. This will happen near the
end of the opening sequence.
