  4. 4. Why do we set goals? <ul><li>To challenge us to achieve more than we would without goals </li></ul><ul><li>To develop a clear vision of where we want to be by what date in the future </li></ul><ul><li>To help us work out what we need to help us achieve what we are aiming for </li></ul>
