SITE DEVELOPMENT CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES: •PHASE 1: REROUTING OF DRIVE WAY •PHASE 2: EXCAVATION OF BASEMENT ALONG EXISTING DRIVEWAY •PHASE 3: CONCRETING OF SLAB AND RETAINING WALL FOR DRIVEWAY •EXCAVATION OF BASEMENT COMPRISING FOUNDATION,CISTERN TANKS, SUNCTION TANK, & SUMPIT. • INSTALLATION OF COLUMN AND FLOORING @ BASEMENT. ISOMETRICAUTOMATION&ARCHITECTURE
  3. 3. REROUTING OF DRIVE WAY NEW ROUTE OF DRIVE WAY WILL BE LOCATED ALONG THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE GATE. (This will serve as a temporary Driveway for about 24 working days.) THE NUMBER OF DAYS FOR BACKFILLING OF TEMPORARY DRIVEWAY WILL BE FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS (After 5 days, it is expected that the temporary driveway will be used until such time that the existing drive way will be passable again.)   4. 4. FIG 1. LEFT PORTION TO BE USED AS TEMPORARY DRIVEWAY WHILE EXCAVATION IS DONE ON THE RIGHT.
  5. 5. EXCAVATION OF BASEMENT ALONG EXISTING DRIVEWAY BEFORE EXCAVATION, FENCE SHALL BE PROVIDED IN THE AREA FOR ENCLOSURE AND SAFETY PURPOSES. (Should the temporary driveway be done and usable, the excavation and fencing shall start.) EXCAVATOR OR BACKHOE -- EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR EXCAVATION. THE EXCAVATED SOIL WILL BE DUMPED AT THE ALUMNOS PROPERTY BY MEANS OF BOOM TRUCK. (The Alumnos property is preferred as a dumping site for the excavated soil since such area is observed as lowland and the amount of rain water during rain fall is accumulated in the said property.)   7. 7. CONCRETING OF SLAB & RETAINING WALL FOR DRIVE WAY AFTER EXCAVATION, CONSTRUCTION OF RETAINING WALLS AND SLAB SHALL TAKE PLACE TO PREVENT RUNOFF OF SOIL. AT THE SAME TIME, CONSTRUCTION OF SLAB ATOP THE EXCAVATED BASEMENT SHALL BE MADE FOR THE REALIZATION OF EXISTING DRIVEWAY. THE CONTRACTOR WILL ENSURE THE DRIVE WAY TO BE STABLE, ACCESSIBLE AND USABLE FOR THE CONVENIENCE AND SAFETY OF THE USER. ISOMETRICAUTOMATION&ARCHITECTURE

  10. 10. TIME OF CONSTRUCTION THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION SHALL START AT 10:00 AM UP TO 7:00 PM EVERY WORKING DAYS. (Time of construction is set as such for during these hours, it is assumed that the owner of the adjacent residence is already attending in his office; hence, construction noise/disturbance will not be an issue.)
