At top companies like Google, Intel and Microsoft, I have been managing relationships between companies and the Business & Technical Communities for around 8 years, establishing a new way to nurture collaboration, innovation, support and advocacy. This work is based not only in Technology, but also on the concepts and dynamics of human network relationships and social media channels.
The vast experience implementing Technology in the corporate world - from IT Infrastructure and Network Solutions to Advanced Digital Imaging Processing Software - brought a deep understanding of Business Strategies and Processes, as well as a strong knowledge about Project Management.
I lived for 4 years in England and Italy, working as a Software Developer. Besides the valuable technical experience acquired, the strong contact with different cultures got me to a higher level of professional and personal maturity.
Continuous activity as a Professor and Speaker in big events demand and improve first-class communications and presentation skills.

Abroad Experience United Kingdom (Birmingham) I have worked for 1.5 years in England. The attractive market, demanding for high technology projects (software development) and the language improvement were my main motivations. Italy (Milan, Monza) I have worked for more than 2 years in Italy. Having Italian parents and a big interest on a life experience in Europe were big inspirations for this valuable challenge.

Professional Experience Google Business Group Lead Google Business Groups (GBGs) are run by independent business professionals aiming to improve the local business ecosystem with Google Technologies. GBGs form a worldwide Community and I am responsible for coordinating this network in Brazil. My initial challenge at Google was to revitalize the GBGs. After 7 months empowering and motivating 100+ GBG Managers, we raised the number of GBGs from 13 to 26. Our activity index, measuring # of events, attendees, feedback and success cases went from 479 in Q2 to 1,595 in Q3 (+232%) and 2,054 in Q4 (+328%), bringing Brazil from #14 to #3 in the worldwide ranking. GBGs delivered 52 events to 4,053 attendees in 2014. I was also responsible for all the logistics of Launchpad, a 1-week event held in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, bringing mentors from Israel, USA, Switzerland, Japan and Mexico to boost 50 Startups as part of the Google Startup Launch Program. Organization and participation in events is a key activity, so I have been a frequent speaker in events like: ● Google I/O Extended São Paulo 2014 ● Social Media Week São Paulo 2014 – delivering an Android Wear Design Sprint ● 3 editions of Startup Weekend (São José, Goiânia and Campinas) as a judge ● 1st and 2nd Entrepreneur Women Conference – a GBG Women initiative ● Several GBG events with over 100 attendees, including 3 Design Sprint Workshops Community Manager & Digital Marketing Lead The main mission at Intel Brazil was to kick start the Community related activities at the Developer Relations Division, leading the Servers and High Performance Computing product line. With a very small team we introduced Intel in the Software Development ecosystem, sponsoring and delivering lectures at key events like Intel Developer Forum, The Developers Conference (SP, SC and GO), The App Date, FISL (RS), Intel Software Day, Intel Software Conference (SP and RJ) and others. By delivering training on Intel Xeon Phi (a 61-core Intel coprocessor) and Touch & Sensor programming on Windows, developers and ISVs were enabled to deliver great software on Intel Platforms. Since Q4’13 I also perform the role of Digital Marketing Lead, driving online campaigns (AdWords & Facebook Ads) and Intel Software’s Social Media presence. Socialmedia Consultant In the emerging Socialmedia market, I was among the precursors and evangelists of this new form of professional and personal interaction, delivering lectures in main events: Socialmedia Week, Web Expo Forum, Social Media Brasil, Marketing Talks (ADVP), InterCon and others. I developed a professional training (Socialmedia Strategies for Enterprises) and delivered four editions of it. Besides that, I taught at Impacta’s Digital Marketing MBA and ESPM post-graduation course. I currently teach at SENAC’s post-graduation. As a consultant, I helped Itaú to develop an internal communication strategy regarding Socialmedia and Security and managed the IT Services and Software Development for an online auctions company, to which I also provided Socialmedia support for their product launch. Technical Evangelist / MCS Consultant As a Technical Evangelist at Microsoft, my mission was to bring the latest technologies to the Technical Community through the TechNet Program, enabling professionals to build solutions based on Microsoft technologies and products. I have been a Tech•Ed Speaker since 2006, when I introduced the High Performance Computing technology. In the next years, I presented 9 sessions in 4 Tech•Ed editions, covering a range of new Technologies. At MCS (Microsoft Consulting Services), my role was to manage Projects involving Microsoft Technologies adoption (6 years). I was the Enterprise Strategy Consultant for Nestlé, mapping Business Needs to Technical Solutions and ensuring a smooth operation environment jointly with the Global Nestlé Team. Many other Solutions were deployed in other Customers like AIG, TIM, ABN-AMRO, Santander, Visanet, Itaú, Usiminas, Bradesco, TJRJ and Prodesp. Microsoft and Cisco Instructor Internet Projects and Technology Consulting for customers like AGF (multiple platforms databases unification for Automobile Insurances) and advanced training for professionals aiming to earn significant certifications (Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNA). Development Consultant I realized Systems Analysis and Software Development for Danone Brazil. The target was to improve productivity and reliability on processes at the Logistics department.
  4. 4. Instructor and Network Consultant Network Design and Microsoft Technology adoption Projects, besides Microsoft Official Curriculum training as MCT – Microsoft Certified Trainer. Technology Director I was in charge of creating and structuring a division focused on Internet and Network Solutions. Marketing strategies and Technological Directives were my responsibilities. Support Engineer I realized Network Projects and Consulting, Implementation and Technical Support for big networks (LANs and WANs) and e-mail services (SMTP and X.400). Windows Developer Imagesoft has a distributed, Client/Server Electronic Document Management system. I worked on the development of the Windows client using C/C++ languages and realized the adaptation of the system to the Windows Sockets technology. Vega Engineering Software Manager At Vega I realized quite advanced projects, dealing with Digital Image Processing with the latest technologies (transputers, dedicated RISC workstations, etc). Examples are a Medical Imaging System, software for a revolutionary Breathing Machine (ventilator), a project for real-time 3D navigation on CAD simulated environments and a voice-enabled Industrial Process Monitoring and Control System. OR Systems System Analyst I performed Software Development (C language) for an Electronic Document Management System, producing the Imaging and Data Compression modules and building drivers for printers and scanners. Electronic Engineer At Itautec I acquired advanced concepts about LAN technologies working on the development of a Token-Ring card (hardware and device driver development).
