  4. 4. 3. Make sure the removable media (example flash disk) you have plugged into the computer. PREPARED BY RAVI KUMAR LANKE Page 4

  12. 12. The steps using the Password Reset Disk as follows: 1. Please boot your computer 2. When it would get to the desktop and you are prompted to type a password, type any numbers or letters (already forgot the password anyway) 3. You'll go to options and click "Reset Password".
