I was open for new challenges, and Albert asked me if I would be willing to join a startup focused on Cloud and DevOps? Well, I said yes and rest is history.
Mind it, I believe, he was aware of my capabilities and took a bet on me, my only hope is “his bets paid off ;)”
With Cloud and DevOps (consulting and training) as a focus area, we had our fair share of everything, but, we did some really amazing work that I am really proud of.
Potential of AI (Generative AI) in Business: Learnings and Insights
A perfect lift off my journey
1. A perfect lift-off: my journey to Cloud
and beyond
I joined BrickRed in December of 2011 as budding, but confused software
engineer, I had a few years of experience then, but, none (except 1+ year I
worked with a Spanish company) gave me sense of satisfaction in terms
of the kind of work I wanted to do. BrickRed (which later became
3PillarGlobal) was instrumental in shaping the Developer inside me.
Before I joined this organization, maybe I knew a few things, but my lead
here mentored me how to it right. Here quality was prized, nobody asked
me to do this ASAP, it was a dream come true.
Here, I met with some of the most influential developers, leads and (tech)
leaders, who I admire to this date and will continue to admire, no matter
where life takes me,i.e. Deepankar, Gorav Arya, Dileep, Ajay, Albert, Amit
Bana, Sayantam Dey, Jonathan Rivers, Jeff Nielsen and many more.
After nearly 6.5 years with 3PillarGlobal (starting with BrickRed), it was
time for me to look for my next challenge, so, with a heavy heart, I said
goodbye to my friends, colleagues and associate at 3PillarGlobal in March
of 2018.
My Next Challenge and LovesCloud
I was open for new challenges, and Albert asked me if I would be willing

2. We also came across a lot of negative people and organizations, who
shocked us with their utterly unprofessional and unethical conducts, who
broke our trust, but, they can not break us.
The Team
I am blessed with a team that is ready to go above and beyond their
comfort level, a team that is willing to learn and improve their own
benchmark for every new assignment.
Thank you, Arshad, Ravi and Rajni for your infectious zeal to learn and
improve. Thank you Rashmi for the effort you put to visualize our
thoughts.
It’s not about how much you know, it’s about how much you are willing
to learn
Both, Albert and I are very passionate about DevOps and Cloud and how
automation and truly transform the way companies consumed cloud.
DevOps and automation can help you get maximum out of your cloud
spendings. For us, automation is inseparable part of DevOps.
3. The Work that took us to next level
In last year, we did some really really amazing work in Cloud and
DevOps, improving on our own benchmark with every project.
Last July, we did a 3 days complete hands on training for 20+ developers,
covering more than 23 AWS services (I know that too much, but, we did
it). This training was a
A summary of all the work we did in last one year:

all this while implementing DevOps and Cloud best practices
Converted entire infrastructure to code with Terraform
Migrated customers to Cloud from on-premise to cloud and from one
cloud to another

DIY labs to 100s of Enterprise employees and engineering graduateto
help them sharpen their skills.
4. Organized 5+ meetup on trending and in-demand technologies —
DevOps introduction, AWS Cloud workshop, Docker, Cloud Security
Successfully delivered 2 days Enterprise Jira for DevOps workshop

Our Meetups attract lot of tech enthusiastic folks, I remember the AWS
workshop we did with Paytm Build for India saw 100+ professional and
students attending and our AWS account to launch 90+ EC2 instances,

What’s Next?
Well, journey has just begun and with goal and exception chalked out for
this year, I am looking forward to another action packed year.
Our goal for next year is to develop tools and services to solve the
problem our customers and we face internally. Focus is on cloud portable
and cross cloud tools for DevOps and Cloud. We will continue to help our
customers adapt Docker and Kubernetes, help them Save Time, Save
Money and Grow Business.
