  3. 3. Current Website Summary - www.theperkcard.comThe current website for The Perk Card appears to include approximately 11 uniquely designed pages which arelinked and can be accessed through top, bottom, and right-hand side navigation options, along with a variety ofrandom links on various pages within the site. As a relatively small website, there are far too many navigation optionsand links available, which makes it difficult to move through the site or find information with ease.Compounding to the problems with the over-navigation of the current site for The Perk Card is the number of pageswith multiple names. Despite clicking on links that have different titles, visitors could be routed time after time to onlyone page, which is certain to cause confusion and frustration, and is a likely cause of bouncing or exiting the site alltogether.Diagram of Pages Having Multiple Names/Links Home About Perk / What is Perk? - (2 page names) - Features & Benefits - Supported POS Systems / Supported Systems - (2 page names) - Testimonials - Register Now Total = 11 Unique Pages Retailers / Register Your Store / Who Supports Perk - (3 page names) Contact Us / Customer Service - (2 page names) - Privacy Policy - Terms of Service My Account / My Perk Account - (2 page names)THE PERK CARD WEBSITE REDESIGN PROPOSAL - FEB 26 201126, 2011 Page 3 of 3
