Building products is a conversation based activity, asking important questions at the begin of the process allows you to bring alignment to the whole community of stakeholders and engage in conversations with them. A „Product Lift Off“ is a tool that allows us to generate discussions about the product and the product development process. Those discussions and their outcome will help you to keep the whole product community onboard.
