Lift Off & Product Journal: Keep everyone on board!

Published on

Building products is a conversation based activity, asking important questions at the begin of the process allows you to bring alignment to the whole community of stakeholders and engage in conversations with them. A „Product Lift Off“ is a tool that allows us to generate discussions about the product and the product development process. Those discussions and their outcome will help you to keep the whole product community onboard.

Presentation outcomes:
– How to ask tough questions to your stakeholders
– How to facilitate discussion among the product community
– How to share and keep alignment during the whole product development process
