Nearly 80% of trading terms are under FOB which means buyer will order his forwarder to arrange shipment from China; 3. Most of the shipment are muti-model transportation because of geographical situation; 4. It is not easy to issue mast bill of lading since it is hard for carrier to handle all but house bill of lading instead; 5. If you are a US NVOCC but donot have office in China, no need to hand in RMB 800,000 for ministry of transport of the people’s republic of China. A: Business registration certificate, registration certificate, NVOCC certificate (two copies); B: Two sample of bill of lading; C: Company Info: contact, Add, Tel, Fax, E-mail D: Bond Rider and Operation Rider; E: China Contact agent company F: Feasibility report G: Application Letter A: Business registration certificate, registration certificate, NVOCC certificate (two copies); B: Two sample of Bill of Lading; C: Company information detail D: China contact agent company E: Feasibility report F: Application letter and agent contract Note: Above need to attach translation docs with Chinese and English, stamp on the docs by translation company. A: Can check and confirm within 15 days after collecting all documents; B: Then it may need 30 days to finish all process by China government. Total around 60 days.

China NVOCC US NVOCC: USD 4,500 for application commission; No need to hand in RMB 800,000 for ministry of transport of the people’s republic of China if no office in China; NON—US: USD 3,000 for application commission; Should have to hand in RMB 800,000 around USD 118,000 for ministry of transport of the people’s republic of China. 1.
