  4. 4.  Twitter is an online social networking service and microblogging service that enables its users to send and read text-based messages of up to 140 characters, known as "tweets".
  5. 5.  Brainstorm Keywords ◦ Think about what someone might post on their page related to the services you offer.  “Need help…”  “Looking for…”  “Does anyone know a…”
  6. 6.  Use the search box at top of Twitter  After the initial search select the advanced search option  Narrow your search using words, people and places to refine results
  7. 7.  Refine your search by editing the search text in the field ◦ Change the “within: 15mi” radius to widen or restrict local searches.
  8. 8.  Post a friendly tweet to offer advice, assistance or recommendations
  9. 9.  Pinterest is a pinboard-style photo-sharing website that allows users to create and manage theme-based image collections such as events, interests, and hobbies. Users can browse other pinboards for images, "re-pin" images to their own pinboards, or "like" photos.
