• Thanks to dissemination activities FRS
has found three new local partners:

2. Istituto Conestabile Piastrelli

• They provided 4600 items to Europeana
4. 3 years in the cloud
1st year • Preparing digital collections
• Start cataloguing online content in the portal Samira
• Testing MINT and MORe
• Publication of an article on Palazzo Sorbello in LoCloud Newsletter
(Issue 1 – August 2015)
• First dissemitation activities (surveys online submitted to other house
museums, LoCloud presentations at national/regional cultural events
2nd year • Publication of the first FRS dataset in Europeana
• An important step: Clearing IPR of our books
• Start using LoCloud Collections for bibliographic contents
• Exploring the functionalities of MINT and MORe
• Dissemination events all over Umbria
3rd year • Regular publication of packages in MORe for monthly harvesting by
Europeana
• Publication of an article on the FRS photographic collection in LoCloud

19. Local partners in the cloud
• Fondazione Capitini and Istituto Conestabile Piastrelli use
LoCloud Collections, Small size (up to 500MB).
• Fondazione Barbanera has got its own catalogue online and
used MINT to map metadata and publish them in MORe
• They provided to Europeana about 4500 digital objects, 1000
of them under Public domain licence.
• FRS supported them with training materials and courses from
LoCloud portal.
