Title: EU 2.0: What’s the point?
Abstract: The European institutions are exploring the benefits and challenges of social media, both internally (e.g. Yammer) and externally (e.g. Twitter and Facebook). At the same time, EU stakeholders trying to influence the decision-making process are adding a social media mix to their activities.
In this session, an EC official and an EU lobbyist explain how EU 2.0 is slowly emerging through practical examples and anecdotes.
