  19. 19. TEXT because there were some good things: - structure of meetings - some practices.. - pragmatic approach: safe enough to try, good enough to start, - forcing people to exchange and meet - - irritating old thinking patterns and evokes new thinking and perspectives.

  24. 24. TEXT don’t force new methods. Don’t buy them. The shortcut can turnout to be no shortcut at all
