History of bullying• Bullying isnt a new problem but people are becoming more and more aware of its negative impact on kids now.• In the past bullying was seen like a normal thing to grow up, people told to the kids who suffered bullying: “ You can supass this, just grow up and be strong.”
Why people do bullying? • Normally people do bullying when they see a person that have a different or a strange personality. “shy peolpe, fat people, weak people”. They do it because they feel cool with this.
What they have to suffer? • Bullying consist en three types of abuse: emotional, verbal and physical. • They suffer coercion, intimidation, giggling, false rumors, manipu- lation, mockings...
Cyberbullying• Cyberbullying is any bullying done throught the use of tecnology. Is the most anonymous form of bullying.• Cyberbullying includes abuse using: email, text messaging, websites, social networking, etc.
Disability bullying• It has been noted that disabled people are disproportionately affected by bullying and abuse.• This bullying isnt limited to those who are visibly disabled. The victims are; fat people, autistics, people with learning disabilities...
Gay bullying• Gay bullying used to designate verbal or physical actions that are direct or indirect by a person against a person who is gay, lesbian, bisexual, trangenered or questionable sexual orientation.
School bullying• School bullying is the most normal bullying , it consists of a group of students taking advantage of a student in particular using the violence or the threat.
Sexual bullying• Sexual bullying is a type of cyberbullying too. Sexual bullying appears when a person (normally a men) use his force or try for convence a girl for have sex or similiar things.
Consequences• Low self-esteem, school failure, mental disorders, depression, anxiety, suicidal thinking.• In extreme case bullying can lead to suicide.
