same interest, as well as, to raise money for important causes.

At the end </li></ul><ul><li>of the show all the envelopes will be placed into matching charities, then, </li></ul><ul><li>delivered. </li></ul>

Passion for Fashion <ul><li>With media constantly bombarding television viewers with shows, such as, Entertainment Tonight or Inside Edition , or providing tabloid readers with the latest breaking news, our gossip craving society is therefore always presented with images and articles of Hollywood's richest, newest, flavour of the month celebrities sporting fashion designers most expensive and latest creations. </li></ul><ul><li>Passion for Fashion is an event geared towards the everyday average Joe, and not just those who can afford the clothing and accessories seen on television or the pages of a magazine. This event will take place in an up close and personal setting allowing all viewers to personally see the beauty of the designs which will be personally brought by the top designers themselves. However, for those who are not attending the show, this event will be televised on Fashion Television at eight o’clock during their peak hours of the evening (see Figure 1.1). This way, Passion for Fashion can receive recognition worldwide for the beauty of its cause. </li></ul><ul><li> As mentioned previously, fashion is for everyone and a price tag should not separate the wealthy from the not so wealthy, as a result, this fashion show is a creative way of tossing that price tag out the window, even if it is just for one, what critics are expecting to be, inspiring night. </li></ul>

  5. 6. <ul><li> </li></ul>In the early stages of development, everyone involved with this event, decided that in order to launch Passion for Fashion beyond its expectations we needed to make sure every element of what our audience would want to see is included. Therefore, we felt it best to conduct research among Fashion Television viewers to determine what it is that they would want to see or would want to see more of when attending a fashion show. This way, through our Fashion Television viewers, whom of which, will share the same passion as our in house audience the night this event takes place, we can make sure that in not excluding any small detail, our audience will get exactly what they came for. When the results from our research came in we grouped the categories together in a pie chart which colour co-ordinates with the corresponding legend (see Figure 1.2). Having this chart allowed us to see what is most and least important to the viewers when watching a fashion show, which we then took into consideration when creating this event.

  7. 8. “ Love’s like a runway but which one do I love more?” - Fergie <ul><li>In deciding which designers to have partake in this event it was important to remember that some ‘label lovers’ may have an obsession more so with accessories then with clothing. Therefore, it is important that Passion for Fashion includes those designers which have created, clothing perhaps, but accessories as well, such as, handbags like Louis Vuitton and Coach, or even sunglasses, for example Christian Dior. Of course shoes, such as Manolo’s and Prada can not be excluded either. </li></ul><ul><li>With this, Passion for Fashion has taken into consideration all ‘label lovers’ and is bringing together fashion in all available forms. </li></ul>
