Crise cardiaque

  1. 1. AUTHOR : BAIL AVISCaring soul of the heartArteries are the most important veins in our body. They work as a pipe line totransport blood from the heart and towards different body parts. With every pumpingaction of heart the blood flow is passed into the artery from there it is taken tovarious body parts. These veins have a very thin wall made of muscles and tissues. Our diet has many unwanted particles such as fat, some poisonous elements throughsmoking etc. which lead to accumulation of cholesterol and other harmful componentsinside the walls of arteries causing a blockage in the blood flow. This is not a sudden process; it is a accumulative process and is very slow. Most ofthe times it goes unnoticed for many years and once the level of accumulation isbeyond the permissive level, then it causes various problems to our body such as highblood pressure due to weakened blood supply, where the heart needs to pump harderto push the blood to designated places. This cause also leads to various othercomplications such as burning sensation in heart, stomach, higher fatigue and so on.This whole scenario leads to a very much painful phenomenon due to less bloodsupply. Sometimes the blockage gets broken into pieces which completely blocks theartery and leads to massive heart attack(crise cardiaque). There are various factorswhich lead to this case, they include heredity, when someone from immediate familyhas had suffered from this ailment, smoking, in- take of high cholesterol diet, higherblood pressure due to stress, growing age etc. This whole scenario is calledarteriosclerosis(l’artériosclérose). The treatments for this ailment is not so complicated which may include blasting thecholesterol particles away from the artery or undergo an open heart surgery.Depending on the percentage of blockage the doctors determine the course of actionand treatment. Drugs and diets are administered after the immediate action taken. These actions and drugs are also accompanies with regular exercise and balancedfood. A combination of these factors leads to keep heart healthy and fit. Arteries arethe soul of heart and a proper care should be taken for preventing any damage toheart and in turn to our body. Controlling the intake of high cholesterol diet should beavoided as much as possible. Stress is another factor which imbalances our bodycycle. We should refrain from toiling our brain and body by taking excessive stress.Care for Your HeartIf you have a heart (which is quite a silly statement in itself!) then it is probable thatyou will suffer from a heart related disorder. Sadly, most people are not aware of thegreat variety of heart related disorders there are.CHF, or Congestive Heart Failure, is one of the most dangerous kinds of
  2. 2. cardiovascular disease. CHF happens when there is insufficient supply of blood to thedifferent body parts, irrespective whether the body pumps slower or faster. It hasbeen after extensive research that out of the many causes of CHF, myocarditis, is themost occurring and infectious type. It has various symptoms—elevated bloodpressure, cardio vascular problems etc.CHD, or Coronary Heart Disease, is another type of commonly occurringcardiovascular disease. The cause of this disorder is mainly attributed to thedeposition of plaque or waste in the blood vessels. The arteries and veins get fully orsubstantially blocked by the buildup of plaque or waste which are generally calcium, cholesterol(le cholestérol), fat or an excessive amount of dead cells. In fact, a survey and extensive research have proven that CHD is the main andprimary cause of 60% of all deaths caused due to a cardiovascular disease(maladiescardiovasculaires). This is an alarming percentage and even more so because CHDhas no preliminary symptoms and CHD is mostly caused by high cholesterol.Myocardial infarctions and strokes occur as a subsequent cause due to the blockageof arteries and formation of blood clots. Here we come to another cardiovasculardisease called Atherosclerosis. In this disease, the arteries harden up due to thedeposition of high amounts of cholesterol in the arterial walls. Intake of fatty and oilyfood substances result in a buildup of cholesterol deposits and the deposits graduallyincrease in size to a point where they choke the arteries and disrupt blood flow. Thisis especially fatal. The arteries carry oxygenated blood to the different parts of thebody. If you are lucky enough to survive a heart attack, your body will suffer fromoxygen deprivation as oxygenated blood cannot circulate normally through the bodyand thus asphyxiation occurs in different parts like the brain, kidneys, liver, eyes etc.I think now you have gotten a bit wiser about the different types of cardiovasculardiseases there are. Knowing is reducing half the risk. When you know the diseasesand their causes you will also learn to develop and exercise ways so as to avoid theiradvent and prevent yourself from falling prey to them. The author also has much more information on antioxidants(In French lesantioxydants). For more information, please visit site : http://santurel.eu
