Presented by Glen Goodman, VP, Global Talent Acquisition, Sabre. When Ben joined Pharmascience in 2009, the organization needed to re-invent itself despite the fact that it was having a 10th consecutive year of record growth. This session will focus on the story of Pharmascience’s transformation from a talent perspective— starting with a talent discovery approach that convinced the owners that they needed to change the leadership team. As a result, 75% of the executive team had been transformed within three years, and 100% within five years. In addition, 48% of the 1500 employees have tenure of less than five years. A true cultural and talent transformation has taken place at Pharmascience, greatly nourished by an infusion of external talent. View this deck if you’re looking to embark on a journey of similar change at your organization. Check out the best of Talent Connect: http://bit.ly/1MBqz6m
