We have doubled our member base since 2013 to 433M members and built a stronger algorithm on the back-end. This has resulted in higher quality matches, allowing you to pipeline candidates more effectively. And because our recommendations have improved, every Job gets almost double the number of views. And we’re driving more applications from the candidates who are most qualified – almost double the number of applications.

LinkedIn recently concluded a survey of more than 10,000 job switchers, to understand how and why people change jobs. What we found is:
The number of active leads are growing. 36% of the professional population is regularly looking for new opportunities, at least a few times a week.
When leads are active, three quarters of those people are using LinkedIn to inform their decision. This includes looking at employee profiles. Researching the company before applying. And discovering opportunities.
We also learned that passive leads are increasingly open to opportunity. More than 90% of LinkedIn’s members are open to engaging their networks or speaking with a recruiter.
