Aids to speech Delivery Check onstage microphones. Batteries of laptops and presentation aids. Check with organizers for back ups incase of black outs. Keep extra batteries changed to replace failed ones. Generators incase electric failure. Keep flyers and handouts to handle such exigencies.

Purpose of Delivery •The feedback from the listeners is important. •Communication is a two way process the speaker and listener. •Well stated with full focus and emphasis on your message, makes any message delivery purpose achieved. •Sales achieved, inspired listeners and finally result oriented delivery of the speech. •Analyse what your speech or talk needs to accomplish. •The plan it that way and achieve your objective with aplomb.
