3. The real name of Pele- Edson Arantes do Nasimento.
He was born on 23 October 1940 in a very poor family
and in a small city of Brazil: Tres Korasoes. His father was
a football player too, but crocked the lag and could not
play very well. He became a first trainer of Edison.
4. When Pele was 15 years old he took part in a play of Santos club for the first
time. Then he won championships with club «Santos» 2 times.
In 1958 Pele started to play for the national team of Brazil and took part in 92
plays, scored 77 goals. This record is not broken.
In 1975 Pele signed the contract with American club «Cosmos»
