Skills to be a Farmer A farmer must have  good technical and operational skills in maintaining the quality of their farms, crops and livestock.  good crop and animal management skills.  must be adaptable in their job in meeting consumer demands and use available technology in their production.  must have good listening and negotiation skills for the sale of their products. 8
  9. 9. Fisherman is the person who is catching fish or other marine life. A commercial fisherman, also known as a fisher, uses equipment including nets, fishing rods, and traps, to catch fish and other marine life that will be consumed by humans or used as animal feed or bait. 9 Fisherman
  10. 10.  A fisherman must have  good technical and operational skills in terms of knowing how to prepare the deck, the vessel before going out to the sea  operating fishing gear, remove fish from the nets, repair nets and equipment and more.  A fisherman must also be  physically fit  have energy and stamina  know how to swim  know how to work safely and have a good knowledge of the sea, mechanics and engineering of a vessel and  be able to work calmly with emergency situations. 10 Skill to be a Fisherman
