As with most subjects, our reaction and success is most often determined by our attitude. Lori Cook, our fabulous job readiness trainer shared this quote with her Improve your Employability class. THE most desired trait was adaptability.
It is OK to be and LOOK confused. This is really no different than what we have always done as librarians. We know we can’t have the answer to everything. We just have tools to find the answers. We are here today to deepen our toolbox.

Sometimes it is helpful to take a step back and look at the larger picture. We need to step back and see the forest. Understanding some of these contextual relations may help us identify where the problem actually lies.
