On Schedule <ul><li>Universities should implement open access digital theses portals. </li></ul><ul><li>Current achievements should be reinforced by working groups especially designed to that purpose. </li></ul><ul><li>The Bolivian University System should design institutional policies aimed to improve the format and presentation of theses (digital and manuscript). </li></ul><ul><li>More people (faculty, students, librarians and computer technicians) should be trained on the Cybertesis methodology and manuals of style. </li></ul><ul><li>Institutional policies for digital preservation should be designed. </li></ul>
