PMO - Roles and responsibilities when I was deputed in Singapore where I use to work with the
major Banking clients includes Citibank, DBS, UOB, JPMorgan, SCB, etc.
Role involves Reporting, Billing reconciliation, Control of Attrition levels, Developing &
implementing Training programs along with other HR initiatives to enhance Employee
efficiency and motivation levels.
Project Infrastructure Management – Coordinates operational procedures and project
environments, including obtaining workspace, creating document standards and
procedures and providing office support.
Project Organization and Staffing – Responsible for deriving an overall resource plan from
the individual project plans, and for coordinating and managing these resources.
Master Work Plan and Schedule – Responsible for deriving an account level work plan and
schedule from the individual project plans, and for tracking and reporting of ongoing
Risk Management – Risk is assessed at the project team level and managed at the PMO to
include identifying potential risks, assessing total account exposure and monitoring plans.
Cost/Schedule Performance Management – Ensures that no work is undertaken until
planned and approved by implementing project tracking and status reporting processes.
Data and Documents Management - Responsible for managing all project data by
establishing, maintaining and disposing of project records and recording, tracking and
communicating status of deliverables and collecting and maintaining processes, metrics
and lessons learned.
Communications Management – Develops and implements a coordinated communication
plan, with the assistance of each project delivery heads. These includes identifying,
tracking and resolving issues and action items, summarizing and reporting on project
deliverables, and addressing the communications needs of all stakeholders.
Communicates directly with Key Accounts/ Vendor management / Contract department to
obtain accurate sales forecast for finance reporting requirements and to ensure pricing,
product information and in-market contracts are updated and maintained.

Project Controller: – Assisting Global Operations PMO / HR with center monthly metrics,
like Project Accounting, Resource Need/Allocation reports, Time Sheet Management,
processes including chasing process, hosting core team meetings, recording action
Resource Management: – Maintaining Resource Data base, Resource Allocation Headcount
Reports, Needs and Project Reports to Executives, Directors, and Managers.
Manage Project financials : - Budgets, Responsible for verifying project financial
commitments and consistent with corporate financial policies and procedures and
ensuring cost management records of budgets, expenditures, forecasts and cash flow are
maintained for multiple projects.
Supporting the Department Heads on various department level activities such as tracking
the SLA sign-off with Clients, providing reports to Finance on monthly billing and so on

premises, Customer review meetings, Client audits and so on
Prepare and present monthly Dashboards and variance reports to Stakeholders
