By developing this marketplace, the brand has widened its offering by creating a multi-brand, clothing website with an exclusively male target audience. With over more than 60,000 SKUs, Menlook delivers to over 120 countries. Its activity is purely online. www.menlook.com GOALS AND DRAWBACKS Before Lengow, Menlook had 3 feeds: 1 for Google Shopping and 2 for comparison shopping engines. The client used to have to adapt each feed to fit each channel’s requirements, which meant unnecessary extra work. Creating and adapting feeds for each partner was very time-consuming for their teams. Menlook’s other major problem was that the product catalogues they were sending to each channel were not optimised. It was difficult to manage stock counts for each partner, and to exclude certain brands or products which were not performing so well on a certain channel. As a result, Menlook would publish all of its product catalogue on all its distributors, which therefore meant their conversion rate was low, and their profitability was rather weak. Once these new partners were chosen, Lengow helped Menlook create new feeds quickly for each different distributor. Furthermore, the solution helped Menlook optimise its product catalogue, thanks in particular to automatic rules. Nowadays, Menlook can perfect titles and product descriptions on all their feeds in one go. What’s more, Menlook have set up rules about stock on related products and itemisations. They have also put exclusionary rules in place for the least performing brands and for products that they do not want to display on certain markets, and have created price management rules to guarantee a minimum profit margin.
