Claudio Loria has opened a new 800 square meter interior design studio and showroom in Milan in a restored historic building, offering interior design consulting, furniture rental, and space rental for events. The space features unique vintage and contemporary furniture alongside restored architectural details and is located near galleries and fashion houses in a vibrant neighborhood well connected by public transportation.

Claudio Loria, also known as Leclettico, opens his new space in a high impact location: what once was
the headquarter to one of the most important and historical fabric wholesalers in the neighborhood,
is now his showroom and interior design studio.
The space has been expertly restored and renovated, maintaining and preserving its historical charm
and structure already rich in precious details for instance the white marble floor, the skylights
that enlighten the entire area, the old iron frames and the 60s staircase that leads to the first
floor. The setup of the showroom was then created, on top of all these original details, bringing
to life different and colorful sceneries: the old untouched walls, a bright pink room, a huge wooden
wall, partitions tapered by old wallpaper, a daylight area that withholds a small botanical jungle…
all entirely furnished and decorated by the final result of 10 years of researches conducted by
leclettico: one of a kind modern pieces, contemporary design furniture, and many accessories
belonging to diverse ages, periods or origins.
In this location leclettico, supported by a team of interior designers, quick and valued collaborators
and expert craftsmen from the Brianza district, offers a consulting service for project and setup,
private and commercial renovation, artistic and creative direction for any kind of event.
We also offer the opportunity to rent out the space for events, workshops, meetings, dinners, photo
sessions, temporary showroom or art gallery and cinematographic or advertising sets.
Claudio will be able to follow the costumer with the mounting and fitting of the space and will also
provide the costumer with the precious catalogue that withholds his endless collection of furniture
that is carried in the many leclettico warehouses.
Another service offered is prop and furniture rental.
