Uncertainty, rapid change and a clouded future has created an employee wellness crises. Employee Wellness programs (EWP) which were trotting along before COVID, have been asked to sprint by adapting to the health crises and the ramifications of changes to ways of working including increased work from home.

Mechanisms to scale and personalise EWP are limited or immature.  Leverage tech optimally blended with human interventions to provide scalability and personalisation of EWP. Over-reliance on technology or poor design will almost certainly backfire.  Employee Wellness needs to take a strategic and adaptable approach to spend the time and money allocated.  Use EX approach to identify the real Employee Wellness needs. 12
