  2. 2. Early Childhood <ul><li>Anne Frank was born June 29, 1929, in Frankfurt-On-Main Germany.
  3. 3. She lived a happy life as a young girl. </li></ul>
  4. 4. Anne is special because... <ul><li>She was a special girl because the diary she wrote was published into a book and she still lives on today in peoples hearts and souls. </li></ul>
  5. 5. A Challenge Faced Was... <ul><li>A challenge she faced was that she had to hide and didn't breathe any fresh air for two whole years and had to be very quiet while in hiding. </li></ul>
  6. 6. Het Achter-huis <ul><li>This is what Anne Frank's diary looked like when it was first published in 1947.

  16. 16. How Anne Spent Her Days <ul><li>Anne sometimes felt unhappy and uncomfortable in the secret annexe, but she also had some fun times.
  17. 17. During the days she would often do schoolwork, and a correspondence course.
  18. 18. One day she even made a dance dress from an old petticoat </li></ul>
  19. 19. Death <ul><li>Anne died in concentration camp in early march in 1945.
  20. 20. The last surviving member of the secret annex was Otto Frank, Anne's father, who died in 1980. </li></ul>
