Introduction & RationaleThis spreadsheet was developed in order to track veterans’ status: JobReady, Resume, County, Residence, Exiting, and etc. It also assists intracking any changes in employment status, which ultimately providesreal time data for Quarterly Reports.
Getting Acclimated Reference tabs for navigating
Data Input• All policies and procedures by ODJFS are still in effect while usingthis form• Essentially the form was created as a tool for DVOPs• The form enables DVOPs to track progress through the work day• Remember, Confidential Information (i.e. SSN, ect.) must not beinput on to the form• If there is a question whether or not something should be on theform, please address it with your supervisor• Example

Information Sharing• The Veteran Tracker enables the supervisor and fellow DVOPs/LVERs to see veterans job search status, in the event they arecovering your area (i.e. vacation, prolonged sick leave, etc.)• The Veteran Tracker should be up to date each week and stored ina shared folder specified by the supervisor• The Veteran Tracker is a great source for real time data, veteransjob search updates/ status, and performance metrics
