  3. 4. Flatulence (kabag) <ul><li>A feeling of bloated stomach. </li></ul><ul><li>Avoid flatulence by: </li></ul><ul><li>1. Eating slowly. Chew your food well. </li></ul><ul><li>2. Avoid stress. </li></ul>
