The organization also runs a program called Start!, which helps people lose weight and live healthy lifestyles.-Labels list the daily value rates of the nutrients in the foods, which is an explanation of the amount of nutrients in a food based on public health experts' recommended daily intake of that nutrient.-The We Can! program offers activities and tips that help families increase their physical activity, eat healthfully and reduce inactivity.
