Mental Wellness Release endorphins :chemical related to the mood Capability to control, stabilize the mood Allows clear thinking in times of stress and excitement Less worried and stressed out Balance between work and recreational time, rest and activity Increasing self-confidence and high self-esteem

Improving Eating Habits Eliminate fast-foods, prepared, package and canned Cook with fresh ingredients Increase the intake of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains Good balance between carbohydrates, protein and fat Eat in moderation and keep in mind portion size Decrease the intake of salt, sugar and saturated fats
