VRTMG TITLES AND INCENTIVES PLAN The VRTMG titles and incentives plan is designed to recognize and reward outstanding sales achievement by agents who excel at building active, successful organizations. These titles and positions are earned by achieving specific levels of group volume as indicated below. Additionally, sales agents are eligible for two monthly expense allowances that are available within each position. Sales agents must meet the monthly group sales volume requirement and must be active in order to receive these bonuses.
