Legal Authorization from the EPA giving Temarry the authority to export and receive your waste streams.   3. 3. The current perception for many, is that Mexico remains an unregulated country with a disruptive infrastructure. The overall liability of sending hazardous waste to Mexico is not worth the risk for some.
  4. 4. A TSDF in Mexico is regulated just as much as their U.S. counterparts. Temarry Recycling must have a permit issued by the EPA delineating the types of waste that they are allowed to export. Recicladora Temarry must have a corresponding permit issued by SEMARNAT granting them authority to import listed types of waste.
