  • For your teams to know how their job relates to the organisation’s goals etc – you need to know
  • Engaging the mind is all about vision and strategy – what makes your organisation different – people join organisations yet sadly leave managers. How many of you are clear on the company vision and corporate objectives for the next 12 months? – Need to be as you’re the one who will be bringing it alive on a day to day basis.
