2. It is amazing how a
detail as
insignificant as the
color, the music,
the ceiling, the
light, the font,
make us get in or
invite us to ask me
out.
I am amazed at
how some places
abuse of the
“need" for people
to buy, especially
in the suburbs
where people seek
to buy only what is
necessary, like a
convenience store.
3. I tried to compare big
and small stores, but
what I found
Biggest surprises
interesting is that
everyone has an
strategy to sell more,
even those that have
terrible details.
I had never realized
the products that have
next to the cashier to
pay you before you
buy.
4. Almost in every store that I went, I could observe
that the personal didn´t have a script and they do
not have a uniform. That makes the enviroment
very casual.
The owners should think more about their
employees and the image.
I believe in order to sell cheap or make things
faster they only spend time in the inventory.
The ignorance of some owners create a lot of
opportunities because some are family business.
