  3. 3. Nutrient Management Plans 156 Producers Met The Requirement To Submit A Nutrient Management Plan • 154 Nutrient Management Plans Are In The Approval/Review Process • 1 Operation Has Submitted An ODA Permit • ODNR Is Pursing Enforcement Action Against 1 Operation
