Quick Overview of New Awards <ul><li>Communication track - no changes except names </li></ul><ul><li>Leadership Track now has three (3) levels </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Competent Leader (manual) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Advanced Leader Bronze (required CTM/CC) </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Advanced Leader Silver </li></ul></ul>

The New Competent Leader Award <ul><li>Ten-project Competent Leadership manual can be completed while serving in club meeting roles. </li></ul><ul><li>Competent Communicator award is not required for completion of Competent Leader </li></ul><ul><li>Members may apply for new award in July 2006 </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Reminder: There is a grace period of two years (until June 30, 2008) for members who joined before Jan. 1, 2006 allowing them to complete the “old” Competent Leader Award </li></ul></ul>
