  2. 2. Codice Pelavicino • A manuscript of the XIII° century; • 426 folios; • Copies of administrative documents from the 900 to the 1289; • Language: medieval Latin; • 4 parts: inventory of the Episcopal archive, Liber Magister, Liber Iurium, later edition of the Liber Magister.

A new printed Critical Edition? • Previews attempts: • Lupo Gentile (1912): mistakes, not complete, not scientific; • Geo Pistarino (1940-2006): never completed; • In 2014, Enrica Salvatori, than collaborator and now project manager, suggested a Digital Critical Edition; • Reasons: • Less expensiveness; • In progress Image Based Edition; • Collaboration with local historians; • Searchable and open content; • ....
