ItalyAbove is a picture of St. Peter’s Square in Italy in 1909.We did not learn about St. Peter’s Square in class but it is aplace that I would want to go because it is beautiful andhas intricate architectural detail.
IndiaAbove is a map of The Silk Road, which ran all throughoutIndia and into other countries as well. We learned aboutthis route in class and I thought it was interesting how onetrading route could be so big and have so much to offer.
IndiaAbove is a picture of the Taj Mahal in India. I would want tovisit this place because of it’s beauty, and because of itsstrange design. I think it would be a very neat place to seein person because it is one of the 7 wonders of the world.
EnglandTo the right is a picture ofThe Great Exhibition in thecrystal palace in London,England. We studied thisplace in class and I think thatit would be very interestingto see it in person, althoughit burned down in 1936.
EnglandHere is a picture of the Big Benclock tower in England. We didn’tstudy this in class, but I thought itwould be a fun place to visitbecause of its size and how famousit is.
