Module: Administration Define Users: Ability to Batch modify multiple users at once. • Batch Modification of Users allows different user settings to be adjusted on several or all users at once. • Example: Assign Data Permissions to the subset of Users 4 Where to find it Core Data > Admin > Security > Define user - Batch modification
  4. 4. Module: Administration Menu Map: Option to link to external site. • A cell can now be a direct link to a external site so your full process can be mapped. The link will open in a new window so you can continue to work in Kyriba as well. • Example: Pull balances for a bank not connected to Kyriba 5 Where to find it Core Data > Admin > Activity > Menu map
  5. 5. Module: Payment Payments: Locking Imported Payments 6 Where to find it Payment > Payments/Direct Debits > Set-up > Processing options • Imported transfers/direct debit transactions can now be Locked from modification select fields. • Example: The Amount is modified

Module: Payment Payments: Pending Approval 7 Where to find it Payment > Payments/Direct Debits > Inquire > Pending approval • Compact or Compact with details can be selected as the display view. Compact will show the import fields while compact with details displays the same as compact only once you click on it the details appear. Compact Compact with details

Module: In-House Banking Company ownership percentage: Balance can be balanced by ownership position. 9 • Automatic cash pooling by company ownership will adjust balance to match percentage owned when creating transfers. • Example: Balance $100,563,989.10 Parent company owes 75% = Balance is $75,422,991.82 Where to find it Cash & Liquidity > In-House Banking > Process > Automatic cash pooling by company ownership

Module: Cash Management & Forecasting Company ownership percentage: Balance can be viewed by ownership position. 10 • Balance by period report allows viewing balance by parent company. • Example: Balance $100,563,989.10 Parent company owes 75% = Balance is $75,422,991.82 Where to find it Tasks & Reports > Report library>Cash Balance by Period

Module: Deal Capture Periodic Loan: Schedule can now be formed from Accounting Calendar 12 • Frequency of principal and interest can both use the accounting calendar to calculate the maturity date. • Example: Intercompany loan interest is due following 4-5-4 calendar.
