MINUTES FROM CLIENT MEETING 16/04/2013
Chair: Kyle Mckendrick
Apologies: Nobody
Minutes by: Kyle Mckendrick
Meeting started at: 11:30am
Meeting ended at: 12.00pm
Item Topic Action
1 Me and Tre will sit down and discuss the brief
we have been given.
After being handed the brief by the client, me and my
team mate sat down and discussed the project we
have ahead of us taking into consideration some
ideas we may be able to execute.
2 We will break the brief down and start to create
a project plan.
After taking in the brief, we thought of the different
tasks we may have to consider during the whole
process of our project, some of these tasks include
planning (storyboarding, scripting, research, etc.)
then obviously onto the different areas of creation
(prototyping, recording the process in a diary) then
onto the evaluation and testing of the project. All of
these tasks are going to be laid out in our project plan
so we can allow ourselves enough time for them to
be complete.
Next Meeting: N/A
