June YTD Stats “For the fifth straight year, we have received first place in our division for Training Events our Canada Day Parade float, says Christel Guenette, KW Valley Realty.” “It couldn’t happen without the dedication of those in our office. This year’s committee was led by Marie Block who worked tirelessly to put MC News & Events this year’s entry together. Special Mention needs to be given to Don McNeill and David Boughton who arrived very early on Canada Day toMark you Calendars construct our award winning float and Jean Joinson, our fabulous MCA, who embroidered the t-shirts worn by our dance troupe. Our team of Mega Camp 2011 agents arrived at the parade route to hand out the 7,560 bottles of water generously donated by Nestle Water. We also would like to mention the eEdge following businesses who helped make our float a success for another year: EDN Studios who provided the dancers to dance behind our float, Photoart by Simpson who provided KW Cares the picture mural, Alpha Imaging who printed the picture mural, Eagle West Truck & Crane Inc who donated the use of their truck to pull our KW Canada Goals float, Can-Am West Carriers and Vedder Transport who donated the use of the flatbed trailer, Homestead Nurseries who provided the plants and shrubs on our float, and Rick’s Appliance Centre who donated the use of a cube van to deliver the water to the office.”
