  14. 14. Secretary/Treasurer ReportSecretary Report11 board meetings have been held since the chapter was formed in November2010. Please note that for 2012 it has been proposed that all chapter members willbe welcomed to attend board meetings.We started the year with 2 advisors to the board, Keenan Wellar and SuzanneGauthier. Suzanne Gauthier has retired so one of our goals for 2012 is to recruitadditional advisors.Treasurer ReportWe received $624.55 in donations from participation in the Fundchange program.We also received $70 in membership fees which were used to pay the costs forhosting the movie and discussion night in May. The Fundchange money has notbeen used and is being held in trust by LiveWorkPlay until our chapter establishes abank account. Some research has been done on bank accounts. It will be the role ofthe Treasurer in 2012 to complete this work.
