  9. 9. The Three Little Pigs: the plight of the first pig <ul><li>The first little pig met a man with a bundle of straw. The man sold him the straw and the pig took it to the place where he wanted to build a home. </li></ul><ul><li>So the pig built his straw house. It included: </li></ul><ul><ul><li>Windows </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>1 door </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A thatched roof </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Dirt floor </li></ul></ul><ul><li>The wolf came along and asked to be let into the house. </li></ul><ul><li>“ Not by the hair of my chinny-chin-chin,” the pig squealed. </li></ul><ul><li>So the wolf huffed and puffed and blew the house down. The straw house was completely flattened. The little pig stood face to face with the big wolf. </li></ul><ul><li>The terrified pig then ran to fine twig home of his brother, who lived nearby. </li></ul><ul><li>The first pig knocked on his brother’s door and asked to be let in. </li></ul><ul><li>The second pig let the first pig in and they locked the door securely. </li></ul><ul><li>The two pigs watched out the window of the twig home for the big bad wolf. </li></ul>
