  2. 2. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( DAMASK DRAWING ROOM Full Interior Design, Project Management & Installation THE BRIEF To create a warm and welcoming reception room. A place where the family can relax and watch films or for the parents to entertain. The main challenge was to find a way to incorporate the flat screen TV into the room. By creating a feature wall using dark textured wallpaper a n d l a rg e a r t w o r k s t h e s c re e n becomes less obtrusive and the wall creates an impact of which the TV is only part. The mock Georgian property allowed for a mix of traditional shapes placed with contemporary colours to reflect the style of the architecture. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  3. 3. Using a bold textured wallpaper on a feature wall creates impact and disguises the large television CONTEMPORARY SCALE The fabric used for the curtains features a traditional embroidered Damask and the scale of the pattern and the deep purple and gold colours give the fabric a more contemporary look. Bespoke wall mounted floating AV cabinets were designed as there were no suitable storage solutions to fit the clients requirements. The cabinets are cantilevered with a pair of doors which open forwards for access. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  4. 4. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( FLORAL LOFT CONVERSION BEDROOM Full Interior Design, Project Management & Installation THE BRIEF The loft conversion in this mid- terraced Victorian property was built to house a grown-up master suite. The amount of natural light from the Velux windows and the french doors combined with the cool fresh colours create a calm and relaxed environment. The bold floral paper and the natural shades partnered with the textured padded headboard gives the room a feeling of pared down luxury. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(

Pieces of reproduction French style furniture partnered with the clients existing items work to keep storage practical and the room uncluttered. A bespoke fabric covered ottoman was designed to hide away important documents with hanging compartments incorporated inside. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  6. 6. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( CHINESE BLOSSOM MASTER BEDROOM Full Interior Design, Project Management & Installation THE BRIEF The master bedroom was in need of an update and had to incorporate the client’s existing pieces of furniture. Simply adding a pale shade to the walls gave a perfect base for the vibrant Chinese blossom fabric. A new carpet in a natural shade was chosen and full length made to measure curtains and a roman blind in the vivid Chinese style fabric were added to lift the scheme and complement the existing pieces of furniture. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  7. 7. A bright and fresh master bedroom scheme CHINESE BLOSSOM Coordinating accessories were added throughout the room to reflect the Chinese theme and enhance the pink accent colour in the curtain and blind fabric. Built in wardrobes either side of the fireplace were updated to increase storage and reduce the amount of furniture in the room. A pair of reclaimed venetian shutters were fitted to the bay window for added privacy. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  8. 8. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( GUEST BEDROOMS Interior Design & Styling THE BRIEF The task was to transform the rooms with a minimum budget in the space of two weeks before the clients family came to stay. The guest bedrooms were being used as a dumping ground for skiing gear and furniture which was no longer in use. By moving the larger items of furniture out and adding an ottoman storage bed the green en-suite bedroom could be used by a couple. The apple green accents and tactile fabrics created an inviting guest bedroom. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  9. 9. A pair of welcoming stylish guest bedrooms for visitors of all ages SIMPLE & STYLISH The original wall colour and the curtains remained the same and by using single accent colours in each of the guest bedrooms the schemes were kept simple but created an impact. Lift-up Ottoman storage beds in both rooms gave the required additional storage and the coordinating elements in each room meant a fast effective solution was delivered making a pair of welcoming guest bedrooms !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  10. 10. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( KITCHEN - SIDE RETURN EXTENSION & HALLWAY Full Interior Design, Project Management & Installation THE BRIEF The existing kitchen was being extended to incorporate the side return of this Victorian mid-terraced property. The key request from the client was that they have a space that they could cook and relax in with an area for the children to play safely in. The existing kitchen cabinets were to be used, added to and refitted within the new space. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  11. 11. The layout of the kitchen is conducive to cooking, kids playing and entertaining HOMELY STYLE A new sash window and french doors to the garden were fitted with made to measure curtains in a traditional floral pattern to c o m p l e m e n t t h e c l i e n t ’s existing crockery and create a homely feel to the family kitchen dining room. The hallway was also updated by sanding and re- staining the wooden floor, adding a neutral paint shade throughout, a new radiator cover and mirror to enlarge the feel of the corridor. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  12. 12. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( TEENAGE PLAYROOM Full Interior Design, Project Management & Installation THE BRIEF The boys had grown up in this room with yellow and green walls and a dinosaur border so the time had come to give them a more grown up area where they can entertain their friends. Adequate storage for the flat screen TV, all their toys and computer games paraphernalia needed to be incorporated. Building the relatively inexpensive modular system meant the clutter can be kept at bay. A consultation with the boys revealed that they didn’t want their playroom to look anything like their friends rooms... !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  13. 13. Room to show off your guitar playing and Wii skills WRITE ON THE WALLS The modular units in the red hi-gloss finish against the whitewashed walls creates the standout the client desired. The bespoke graffiti roller blinds add a flexible yet youthful element to the room. Continuing with the graffiti theme the added feature of a wall painted with whiteboard paint and hand applied decals gives the room a quirky personalised look. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
  14. 14. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"( FLORAL RECEPTION ROOM Full Interior Design, Project Management & Installation THE BRIEF The client had lived in the property for a number of years and needed the double reception room updating to suit a young family. Adequate storage for the children’s toys and to display family photos and mementos were required. Bespoke alcove cabinets of differing sizes for each of the reception areas were designed and built to fit with the overall style of the room and the period of the property, taking care to preserve any original features. !"#"$"%"&"!"'"&"(
